  1. What is racket-sport club management software?

  2. How much does racket-sport club management software cost in 2026?

    Two pricing models exist. SaaS subscriptions run roughly $40-160/month for a single venue up to 4 courts and $200-500/month for 5-15 courts with multi-staff setups. Marketplace platforms like Playtomic charge 5-15% commission per booking instead — applied even to bookings the club generated itself.   3. How do I reduce no-shows at my racket-sport club?

    Industry standard is a 24-hour cancellation window — bookings inside the window are non-refundable, with free cancellation or player transfer outside it. Required upfront deposits, forfeited on no-show, cut no-show rates further — especially on open matches where one missing player leaves the court half-empty. Courtoo handles deposit collection, automatic refund-on-cancel within window and forfeit-on-no-show as first-class flows, not policy you enforce by email.

  4. How do I increase player lifetime value and retention at my club?

    Subscription-based memberships covering courts, open matches, academy and events raise lifetime value per player by at least 1.5× compared to pay-per-booking models — observed across our pilot deployments. The mechanic: monthly recurring revenue gives the club a predictable base, and players renew because the bundle costs less than ad-hoc booking. Off-peak fill rate also improves because subscribers actively seek matches inside their plan rather than skipping low-demand hours.

  5. What's the contract? Am I locking in for a year?

    Month-to-month by default. Annual billing is 17% off, but you can cancel at the end of any month and your data exports come with you. No auto-rollover into a new annual term, no exit fee.

  6. If we move from our current tool — what comes across and how?

    Players, memberships and payment history migrate with the club. Your setup contact handles the import end-to-end, not a tier-three handoff. Most clubs are live in 5–7 working days including the import — day one isn't a blank file.

  7. Who does the setup — us or you?

    Guided setup, walked through end-to-end by your setup contact. 2 hours of conversation covers courts, hours, team, memberships and the widget. Add 5–7 working days if you're importing players and history — scheduled around your data readiness, not ours.

  8. We already have a Stripe account. Do we need to change anything?

    Your account stays yours. Connection takes one screen and we never sit in the money flow — provider fees bill you direct. Card terminal, cash and club balance are first-class alongside online, and refunds map to a destination you set per case.

  9. What support do we get — channel, hours, response?

    WhatsApp and email during business hours, with a response SLA measured in hours, not days. Your setup contact stays with you through the first weeks live, so the person who knows your club is the person who answers.

  10. If we ever leave — what do we take with us?

    Every list in the admin — players, bookings, payments, audit log — exports to a clean spreadsheet in one click. Full delete on your word, same day. Your decision to stay is yours, and so is the decision to go.
